How to remove emails from server after removing from Outlook?

  1. Start Outlook.
  2. On the File menu, click Info, and then click Account Settings.
  3. On the Email tab, select the Email Account.
  4. Click Change to open the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box and click More Settings.
  5. Click Advanced Tab.
  6. Then under delivery, tick Leave a copy of message on server.
  7. Tick Remove from server after 14 days.
  8. Tick Remove from server when deleted from ‘Deleted Items’.
  9. Click Ok.
  10. Click Next, and then click Finish.

** When items are removed from the server after 14 days, this does not affect your outlook.
