Microsoft Outlook 2003

  1. Start Outlook.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. Click Email Accounts.
  4. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click to select the Add a new E-mail Account option, and then click Next.
  5. In the Server Type dialog box, click POP3, and then click Next
  6. Under User Information, Enter your Full Name.
  7. Enter your Email Address.
  8. Under Logon Information, Enter your User Name.
  9. Enter your Password.
  10. Click to select the Remember password check box.
  11. Under Server Information, Enter the Incoming Mail Server.
  12. Enter the Outgoing Mail server.
  13. Click More Settings.
  14. Click Outgoing Mail Server Tab
  15. Then tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  16. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
  17. Click Advanced Tab
  18. Server Port Numbers, Incoming server (POP3): 110
  19. Outgoing server (SMTP): 250
  20. Then under delivery, tick leave a copy of message on server.
  21. Tick Remove from server after 15 days.
  22. Tick remove from server when deleted from deleted items.
  23. Click Ok.
  24. Click Next, and then click Finish.
